My plant just arrived, now what? Upon receiving your plant, give it a warm welcome to its new home! Find a cozy spot with plenty of sunlight, and allow your plant to settle in. Remember, patience is key—give your new green friend some time to adjust before considering any changes.

 

Do you sell my information? No. We value your privacy and do not sell your email address to outside companies. By providing us with your contact information, you agree to receive informational emails about your order and specials from Plant Vault. We refuse to spam. You may opt out of receiving future emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” button on the bottom of any email, no hassle.

What does the Plant Vault Happiness Guarantee entail? At Plant Vault, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our plants. While we strive to ensure that the plants you receive closely resemble the images on our website, please note that variations may occur due to natural factors. In cases where a plant is labeled as "exact plant," rest assured that you will receive the specific one pictured. While we do not cover minor cosmetic damage such as leaf bending or slight discoloration resulting from shipping, rest assured that these issues typically do not impact the overall health of the plant. Simply trim any yellow or dried leaves, and your plant should thrive with proper care.What is your return policy? Due to the nature of selling live merchandise, complaints must be received within 24 hours of delivery for a refund.  Pictures of the plant upon delivery are also necessary to facilitate the return process.  We do not refund without a returned plant. To begin the return process, please email info@plantvault.com within 24 hours and a return label will be shipped to you. 

What if my package arrives damaged? At Plant Vault, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure the safe arrival of your plants. While instances of damaged packages are rare, if you do receive a damaged box, we advise refusing the delivery and notifying the carrier immediately. They will then return the damaged package to us for replacement. Rest assured, we will promptly re-ship your order to ensure your satisfaction.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship internationally, however we are in the process of making that happen soon. 

What if my order shows "delivered," but I can't find it? Rest assured, our tracking information specifies the location where the delivery driver left your package upon delivery. We recommend checking the carrier's tracking details page for the "Proof of Delivery" to determine its exact placement. In case you're unable to locate your package, please thoroughly search nearby areas, including with your building's lobby manager or neighbors. Should your package remain elusive, kindly reach out to us within 1 business day. Refunds for such cases are subject to Plant Vault's discretion.
