Processing Time

Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 7 business days. Processing times may extend during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Thursday to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 5 PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Winter Shipping Recommendation
During colder months, we highly recommend adding heat packs and insulation to your order at checkout. This extra protection ensures your plants are safeguarded against potential damage from freezing temperatures during transit.

Large Plants: Plants over 8 inches in diameter may be shipped without pots to prevent damage.
