Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

At Plant Vault, we are committed to delivering your rare tropical houseplants to you in a timely and safe manner. Please review the following information about our shipping policy.  Orders ship within 10 days of purchase and typically much sooner. 

1. We currently do not ship internationally.

2. We use USPS, Fed Ex and UPS for all of our shipping needs.

3. To ensure the safe arrival of your plant, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing a heat pack add-on with your plant purchase. Without the purchase of a heat pack, we are not held responsible for any damage to the plant during shipping.

4. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to overnight shipping, please contact us even after your purchase to make this change.

5. If you are not satisfied with your plant or if it arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange by emailing info@plantvault.com.

6. Once we have dropped off the package at the carrier, Plant Vault is not liable for any delays in shipping.

7. Please note that 2 Day Shipping counts from the date and time that the plant is shipped. You will receive a notification once your items have shipped and they will arrive 2 business days from that day.
