We wrap the leaves with paper and polyfill, tape down the soil, and then securely tape the plant to the box. We fill the box with recyclable packing material to ensure that, even if the package is thrown around, your plant arrives safe and sound!

What does the Plant Vault Happiness Guarantee entail?

Our Happiness Guarantee ensures you receive a healthy plant that looks almost exactly like the plant in the picture (grower's choice). Minor cosmetic issues may occur, but rest assured, these won’t affect the plant’s health.

How do I care for my plant during the first day, week, and month?

First Day: Acclimation
