Alocasia Jacklyn is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia that is highly sought after by plant collectors due to its unique and rare nature. It was only recently discovered and identified as a distinct species, having previously been falsely identified as a mutation of Alocasia Portei or Alocasia Nycteris. Its large, tuberous leaves are deeply-lobed, uniquely patterned, become fuzzy when more mature and have a vibrant green color with blackish-green veins.

Alocasia Jacklyn Description:

This plant can add a touch of jungle-like charm to any indoor space and is often used as a statement piece by enthusiasts of the Alocasia genus. With proper care, it can grow vigorously, reaching up to 5 feet in height under optimal growing conditions, but typically remaining smaller when grown indoors.

Alocasia Jacklyn Care:

To ensure healthy growth, it is important to provide Alocasia Jacklyn with warm temperatures, high humidity, ample indirect light, and well-draining soil. As a fast-growing aroid, this plant will mature quickly when given the proper care and attention it needs.

Extreme cold can cause damage to plants during shipping, potentially leading to wilted or damaged foliage, root rot, or even death. While we take every precaution to carefully package and protect your plants during transit, we cannot guarantee their condition if they are exposed to freezing temperatures during delivery.

We recommend monitoring local weather forecasts closely and timing your plant orders accordingly. Additionally, consider providing a secure and sheltered location for package delivery to minimize exposure to cold temperatures upon arrival.

Please understand that while we strive to deliver the highest quality plants, factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, may impact their condition during shipping.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safe arrival of your rare plants.
